SourceAmerica is searching for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its team, focused on This position is the main point of contact for human resources concerns throughout an employee's lifecycle with the organization and is a partner to management in the engagement of team members. Success in this position requires a strong human resources acumen as well as willingness to collaborate with colleagues on creating value-added programs, clear direction with performance management, having tough conversations with employees at all levels of the organization, and managing one's time effectively. This position is an individual contributor and reports to the Vice President of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be based near SourceAmerica's National Office in Vienna, VA (greater-Washington, DC metro area).
What You Will Do ...
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) , your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A full position description will be given to candidates at the time of the interview.
- Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle for employees of all levels in assigned business unit at SourceAmerica. The employee lifecycle includes new hire support along with SourceAmerica's Recruiting and Engagement Partner, 90-day on-boarding, goal setting, performance management, on-going employee relations, professional development, investigations, and terminations.
- Executes the position control, organizational design, position leveling, performance management and employee relations activities with assigned Business Unit as outlined by Human Resources leadership.
- Maintains the highest level of compliance for the organization by thoroughly understanding company policies and administering them appropriately.
- Coordinates with other human resources team members for support with recruiting, compensation, benefits, federal reporting, and other compliance matters.
- Performs additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
- Other responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise.
Salary Range
The salary for this position falls in a range between $100,000 and $135,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.
What We're Looking For ...
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement.
- Seven years of relevant work experience required with Human Resources, Human Capital Management, employee relations, recruiting, HR-related compliance programs, and similar.
- Proficient user experience with a Human Resources information system (HRIS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), or similar systems. SourceAmerica uses UKG as its HRIS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 as its business application system for accounting, customer relationship, and other business processes.
Preferred Bonus Points For...
- 10+ years relevant work experience.
- Master's Degree in a related field of study from an accredited institution.
- HR-related certification from SHRM (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP), HRIC (PHR, SPHR), or similar.
- We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes— experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.
Work Environment
Our organization offers both a hybrid work model—where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek—as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements. The ideal candidate will be based near SourceAmerica's National Office in Vienna, VA (greater-Washington, DC area). This position has few travel requirements.
