Job Title: Skilled Laborer
Job Description

We are seeking skilled laborers to join a site work crew on various projects in Richmond, VA. This role requires individuals with 1-2 years of experience in construction who are proficient in operating lighter equipment such as skidsteers, rollers, and articulated dump trucks.

Responsibilities

• Shovel dirt and maintain clean work areas.
• Move materials efficiently on site.
• Operate skidsteers, loaders, articulated dump trucks, and rollers.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction and site work.
• Proficiency in operating lighter equipment such as skidsteers.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of construction/site work experience.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• 1 year experience operating lighter equipment like skidsteers.

Work Environment

Work is scheduled Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm. Projects are located around the Richmond, VA area. Expect to work outdoors in various conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montpelier, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
