- Lead and manage a team of installers.
- Collaborate closely with production managers to ensure timely and effective project completion.
- Conduct site evaluations
- Mentor and train team members in safety protocols and proper techniques to ensure a secure and efficient workplace.
- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a remarkable service experience.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly safety sessions.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for building positive relationships.
- Keen attention to detail and a dedication to high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Competitive salary starting at $22+ per hour (based on experience) plus bonuses, with first-year earnings between $60,000 and $80,000, and potential to exceed $100,000 in future years
