The admissions Coordinator role is an essential member of the campus admissions team which includes guiding our students through the Prerequisite course (PRQ) through to the Practical Nursing (PN) core program. This role includes answering the phones, and connecting new inquiries to our admissions advisors, successful onboarding of new students by ensuring accurate enrollment entry, document tracking, and a positive first impression for all visitors. This entry-level, campus-based role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-based, student-facing environment. The admissions Coordinator will also offer front-desk support, and test proctoring.

Job responsibilities:

• Enter new student enrollments and status changes into student information and client management systems.
• Manage and track all enrollment documents (e.g., background checks, immunizations, proof of graduation, valid IDs) to ensure timely and complete student files.
• Proactively assist students in completing and submitting required documents.
• Ensure enrollment documents meet admissions and compliance standards.
• Administer entrance assessments per established protocols.
• Provide front desk coverage.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and clean campus.
• Assist with campus events.
• Monitor PRQ students' progress and help them transition to the PN core program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Minimum one year of administrative, front desk, or customer service experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and time management.
• Professional, customer-focused communicator.
• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Proficient in MS Office including excel – no exceptions.
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
