Commercial Construction Superintendent
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on‐site execution of commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout. This role is critical to ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating subcontractors, field staff, and inspections.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all field operations on assigned commercial construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
• Maintain project schedule and sequencing; proactively resolve field conflicts
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and lead daily safety meetings
• Ensure construction complies with plans, specifications, and local codes
• Conduct inspections, quality control walks, and punch list management
• Communicate progress and issues clearly with the Project Manager
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and jobsite documentation
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, means & methods
• Proven leadership in managing multiple trades and fast‐paced timelines
• Excellent understanding of building codes, inspections, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Strong communication and problem‐solving skills

• Annual salary of $95,000–$150,000 per year, plus performance bonuses
