Job Title: QA Analyst (Playwright Java)

Location: Remote (U.S. Only)
Start Date: ASAP (Target: April 1)
Duration: 12 month contract
Compensation: $60–65/hr W2
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen ONLY (No Dual Citizenship – Client Requirement)

Overview

We are looking to hire a QA Automation Engineer to support testing across enterprise SAP cloud products, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and HANA Cloud.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on building and scaling automated test frameworks using Playwright and Java within a fast-paced, CI/CD-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and Java

• Develop end-to-end (E2E), API, and integration test suites

• Support continuous product releases across SAP platforms (SAC, HANA Cloud)

• Execute a mix of automated and manual testing, with a focus on automating manual processes

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and production issues

• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to improve quality and release reliability

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in QA Automation or SDET roles

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Java

• Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks

• Experience with API testing (REST APIs)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), HANA Cloud, or similar SAP products

• Experience with JavaScript or Node.js

• Familiarity with Docker or containerized environments

• Experience testing microservices architectures

• Exposure to security testing practices
