Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration per facility policy
- Monitor resident status, vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN promptly
- Provide direct nursing care and support for activities of daily living (ADLs) and resident comfort
- Assist with care plan implementation, routine wound care, and catheter care as trained
- Complete accurate documentation in the electronic health record; communicate with interdisciplinary team
- Ensure safety, infection control, and privacy compliance; participate in shift handoffs

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Virginia (or eligible for Virginia licensure)
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3x12) with guaranteed 36 hours per week; on-site local assignment
