Commercial Truck Service Advisor (Chantilly)

The Service Advisor role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their vehicle service needs from check-in to delivery.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and repair recommendations.
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and communicate updates to customers.
- Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote additional maintenance services and maintain profitability goals.
Service Advisor Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (Reynolds preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and technicians.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
