Business Development & Marketing Representative

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Representative to join our team in Stafford, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and marketing, with a passion for building relationships and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research

- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services and generate leads

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth

- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate new leads

- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of new clients and maintain client satisfaction

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform business development and marketing strategies

- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the technology or consulting industry

- Proven track record of success in generating new business and driving revenue growth

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities

- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
