About the Position
As the HR Manager , you will be a strategic partner to leadership and a key driver of talent strategy across the company. This role will lead all aspects of human resources, with a strong focus on recruiting, hiring, performance management, and employee training . The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with a background in the construction or trades industry who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top construction talent
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and workforce integration for new hires
Implement and maintain performance management systems
Design and deliver employee development and training programs
Advise leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values and safety standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred)
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the construction or related industry
Proven success in recruiting skilled trades and field staff
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite and travel to job sites as needed
