Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and recommendations

- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service

- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of shifts

- Comply with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations and a positive environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Basic math skills for cash handling

- Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service practices

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) are a plus
