Job Description:

Position Overview: Stella Cleaning Company is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Workers to help us maintain our reputation for exceptional cleaning services. As a Cleaning Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' spaces are cleaned to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning Services: Perform cleaning tasks as per the company's standards, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in various residential and commercial properties.

2. Client Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality cleaning services and addressing any specific client requests or preferences.

3. Time Management: Efficiently manage your schedule and route to complete cleaning assignments in a timely manner.

4. Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor

5. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, supervisors, and team members.

6. Safety: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
