SER Restaurant in Arlington is hiring an experienced bartender to join our award-winning team. This is a high-level position for someone with 3–4 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant setting.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, can lead a busy bar with professionalism, and is ready to contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 3–4 years of bartending experience (required)

• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer

• Ability to make fresh syrups, juices, and other bar prep items in-house

• Excellent organization, cleanliness, and mise en place habits

• Ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy

• Great communication and guest service skills

• Dependability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
