Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day accounting operations. This role works directly with our Bookkeeper to ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately, accounts are reconciled timely, and firm records are maintained with precision.

What You’ll Do

• Enter and record financial transactions in QuickBooks (Desktop)
• Assist with accounts payable processing and documentation
• Support management of costs advanced accounts
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Prepare and update Excel tracking spreadsheets
• Assist with month-end close tasks
• Identify discrepancies and proactively flag issues
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information

This role may expand to include additional accounting responsibilities as skills and experience grow.
