The Entry-Level Event & Customer Service Associate serves as the face of our company at events and outreach programs. You will engage with attendees, share campaign information, and help create a positive experience for community members and supporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage attendees, donors, and community members at live events

• Provide professional, friendly customer service during events and promotions

• Share campaign and fundraising information while answering questions confidently

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
