About the Role
As a Virtual Customer Benefits Support Representative, you’ll assist clients by providing information about available benefits, answering questions, and helping ensure families receive the support and guidance they need.
This role combines customer service, communication, and relationship-building in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
