Sr. Specialist - Government Field Service Representative

This position is located onsite at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA and hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm EST.

What Field Service contributes to Cardinal Health
Field Service is responsible managing the success of the relationship with an assigned set of customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and Cardinal Health. Responsible for identifying, quantifying, qualifying, tracking, and evaluating customer pain points; and, for facilitating, developing, designing and implementing processes that improve overall customer experience. Act as customer advocate and liaison back into Cardinal Health organization.

Responsibilities

This position will be the primary advocate and liaison between the Government Facility and Cardinal Health. The selected individual will work closely with field sales, customer service, implementation, contracts, operations, inventory, accounts payable and project identification between the customer and Cardinal Health. They will be responsible for:

• Identifying, quantifying, and qualifying, prime vendor product conversion opportunities.

• Facilitating resolution to customer pain points.

• Demonstrates general knowledge of customer relationship management, sales, and operations functions to maximize customer loyalty.

• Contributes to process improvement projects, SOP/BDP identification and replication throughout customer base, as required.

• Tracks and reports cost savings opportunities.

• Schedules and participates in regular business reviews.

• Liaison between Cardinal Health team and key customer contacts.

• Coordinates data collection and reporting to support initiatives and basic business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred

• 2-4 years experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred

• Strong communication skills

Anticipated pay range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00
