Key Responsibilities

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of residents. Responsibilities include:

• Service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems within apartment units
• Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues and perform necessary repairs
• Complete general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Perform preventative maintenance on property systems and equipment
• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies

Required Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Required)
• Proven experience servicing HVAC systems, preferably in apartment or residential settings
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• General maintenance knowledge (plumbing, electrical, appliances)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Customer-service mindset with good communication skills
