SERVPRO® Team Warnecki – Bookkeeper

Are you a numbers-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy building financial systems that help a company grow? SERVPRO® Team Warnecki is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the financial health of our franchise by maintaining accurate records, managing payables and receivables, and supporting operational decision-making through clear financial reporting. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and help drive profitability through smart, organized accounting practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely financial records in QuickBooks®
  



• Create, analyze, and distribute financial reports to leadership



• Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable functions



• Oversee invoice processing , payment tracking , and collections
  



• Prepare and maintain cash flow and bank reconciliation reports
  



• Monitor and manage fixed assets and assist with budget planning



• Support month-end and year-end closing processes



• Maintain vendor files, ensure accurate 1099 tracking, and manage W-9 records



• Assist with sales tax filings , insurance audits , and compliance tracking
  



• Coordinate with our external CPA firm or Controller, as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks Pro®
  



• 2+ years of experience with collections and cash management
  



• Strong working knowledge of financial statements and bookkeeping principles
  



• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Word, and Outlook



• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal



• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail



• Self-starter with a high level of accuracy and accountability



• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent bookkeeping experience preferred



• Ability to pass a background check per applicable law

Schedule

• 40 hours/week



• Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM.
