Remote - Customer Service Agent

Your Role

- Stay informed about current products, services, and program updates.
- Provide a professional, helpful, and positive experience during every client interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or another client-facing role is helpful but not required.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust with clients.
- Good organization and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a remote environment.
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to take initiative.
- Interest in learning new skills and pursuing professional growth.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with a team.
