As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you'll help strengthen brand awareness, support community initiatives, assist with live promotional events, and build positive relationships between our clients and the public. Key Responsibilities

• Support public relations and communications campaigns for clients and community initiatives.
• Represent client brands at live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs.
• Engage with customers, community members, and event attendees to provide information and answer questions.
• Help build and maintain positive relationships with clients, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Assist with event planning, coordination, setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Promote brand awareness through face-to-face marketing and public engagement.
• Distribute promotional materials and communicate campaign messaging clearly and professionally.
• Gather customer feedback and event insights to support campaign improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No experience required—paid training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
