Public Relations & Communications Assistant | Entry-Level

As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you'll help strengthen brand awareness, support community initiatives, assist with live promotional events, and build positive relationships between our clients and the public. If you're outgoing, creative, and eager to develop a successful career in communications, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support public relations and communications campaigns for clients and community initiatives.
- Represent client brands at live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Engage with customers, community members, and event attendees to provide information and answer questions.
- Help build and maintain positive relationships with clients, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist with event planning, coordination, setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Promote brand awareness through face-to-face marketing and public engagement.
- Distribute promotional materials and communicate campaign messaging clearly and professionally.
- Gather customer feedback and event insights to support campaign improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused experience at every event.
Qualifications & Requirements
- No experience required—paid training provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments.
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
Candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, event coordination, promotions, marketing, communications, public relations, or brand ambassador roles are encouraged to apply.
