  • Conduct site visits and progress meetings to monitor project performance and resolve issues proactively.
  • Manage project risks, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure overall project profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and applicable building codes.
  • Support project closeout activities, including commissioning, punch lists, turnover documentation, and warranty management.
Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and MEP systems.
  • Experience managing projects ranging from $2M to $50M+ preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

No sponsorship is available for this position.

Why Join VMG?
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial construction projects.
