If solving HVAC challenges and helping customers is your thing, this role keeps you busy and growing. You’ll primarily work in residential settings with some commercial jobs mixed in.
What You’ll Do- Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems; handle occasional commercial assignments.
- Diagnose issues quickly and accurately to optimize system performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and equipment inspections.
- Communicate findings and options clearly, delivering excellent customer service.
- Document all work performed and materials used with precision.
- Adhere to safety procedures and industry standards at all times.
- Stay current with evolving HVAC technologies and practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical schooling preferred.
- Active HVAC certification with required licenses.
- Hands-on experience as a technician, primarily in residential service.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and test instruments.
- Strong problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
- Clear communicator who thrives on customer satisfaction.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
