Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Active state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong Clinical Fellow applicants welcome
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP writing, progress monitoring, and collaborative team processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to varying student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy to students one-on-one and in small groups
• Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and timely reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Travel between school sites as necessary to meet caseload needs
