Service Advisor

We are looking for a service advisor with at least 2 years of experience in the industry.

Overview:

• Meadowbridge Auto Service is looking for a Service Advisor to join our top-notch team.
• We are looking for someone who excels in leadership, customer hospitality, and organizational skills.
• Someone that wants to take our team to the next level.
• An amazing and energetic Service Advisor who loves interacting with the best clientele base around.
• Computer skills and at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry are required along with a positive attitude and plenty of smiles.
• We utilize the most up-to-date technology including digital health inspections with pictures of their vehicles that are texted to the customers.

Daily Tasks:

• Communicating with clients in setting up appointments and answering/asking questions through text and calls.
• Updating customers throughout the day by text to lower phone call volumes.
• Building estimates and selling repairs and services.
• Organizing, Leading, and Assigning repairs to your team of technicians.
• Ordering, Tracking, and Returning parts.
• Top-notch customer service skills.
• Accomplishing daily and weekly goals.
• Happy teammates = Happy customers.

• Monday-Friday 7:15 am to 5:30 pm work week.
