Your impact

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Support Analyst - Production Control Intern to join our IT Team. As a Junior Support Analyst - Production Control Intern, you will provide reliable production control support and be trained on critical processes to back an outsourced team and reduce risk. This internship offers valuable experience in the practical application of IT concepts, working with cutting-edge technologies, and learning from experienced professionals in the field. A successful candidate for this role is reliable with attention to detail and strong computer skills.

Responsibiliti es:

• Monitor queues and system health; escalate using runbooks
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and track incidents/tasks
• Document steps; contribute to knowledge articles

Here's what you'll need

* Current enrollment in a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a closely related field

*3.0 GPA or higher

Ideally, You'll Also Have:
* Prior internship or project experience in operations support

The base salary range for this position is $45,000.00 to $65,200.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
