BAS / Controls Technician
Job Title: Building Automation Systems (BAS) Technician
Job Type: Full-Time
Place of Performance: Culpeper, VA
Schedule: Full-Time
Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the Building Automation System controlling HVAC, environmental monitoring, alarms, and facility controls.
Requirements:- Experience with BAS/DDC control systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls.
- Ability to troubleshoot controllers and sensors.
- Experience reading control diagrams.
- Strong computer skills.
- Monitor BAS performance.
- Troubleshoot control system issues.
- Program and modify control sequences.
- Calibrate sensors and controllers.
- Maintain control documentation.
- Coordinate system repairs.
