Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring Foremen for duct bank / manhole project work in the Richmond, VA area. The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment and be accountable for quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
Review plans and permits
Establish daily crew goals
Communicate with customer
Assign job duties
Building multiple conduit duct banks
Monitor progress
Evaluate Teammate performance and provide coaching
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License strongly preferred
Competent Person Training in trenching and excavation
Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
Basic aerial placement is desired
Three years related experience in construction, including duct bank and manhole installation
Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
Backhoe, Excavator, Trencher Operator is desired
Knowledge of shoring and concrete estimation
Knowledge of manhole installation
Starting pay rate $28 - $35 / hour depending upon experience.
