We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customer and client relationships through professional communication, problem-solving, and personalized service. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed while developing valuable skills in customer relations, communication, sales support, and business operations .
No prior customer service experience is required. We provide training and professional development for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in a customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service
- Communicate directly with customers to answer questions and provide assistance
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
- Assist with customer outreach, promotional campaigns, and client programs
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, service strategies, and professional growth
