**What You Will Do**
+ Maintain high visibility near the front entrance and survey the outside parking areas
+ Escort employees and/or customers as requested
+ Intervene with and effectively diffuse customer conflicts
+ Inspect perimeter doors, windows and gates to ensure high levels of security
+ Monitor store environment to deter undesirable activity on the property
**Requirements**
+ Police Officer, Deputy, or Trooper experience **or** US Military Law Enforcement
+ Conflict management and problem-solving skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Skilled in using sound judgement to manage conflict and communicate effectively under pressure
+ Proven ability to effectively communicate and maintain composure in stressful environments
+ Ability to anticipate, analyze and identify opportunities
+ Valid driver's license
**Preferred Experience**
+ Associate's degree in criminal justice or related field
+ Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
+ AED, APR and FAC certified
