Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide critical, compassionate care in a dynamic emergency room setting as a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room (RN-ER). Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients presenting with acute conditions requiring immediate attention
• Administer medications, treatments, and coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Perform triage to prioritize patient care based on severity and urgency
• Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-ER care instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and emergency protocols

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current RN license with experience in Emergency Room nursing
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
• Effective communication skills for patient interaction and multidisciplinary coordination
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
