Requirements:

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT).
• 2-3 years respiratory therapy experience with ventilator management.
• Leadership or program management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory care and infection control.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Permanent Ventilation Program and ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Provide respiratory therapy and ventilator management as needed.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to optimize care.
• Train and supervise respiratory therapy staff.
• Track program metrics and report to leadership.
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Other duties assigned by Management.
