POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Project Engineer to join our high-performance team and be a part of our journey to shape the future of the US data center community by delivering resilient and sustainable solutions that make a difference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Leadership: Lead teams across project management, project planning, and project engineering to deliver ESI projects on time and within scope.
  • Data Accuracy – Ensure all purchase order that are received align with provided quotes
  • Resource Management: Manage project bill of materials, submittals and close out communication
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary technical and project liaison with customers, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Manage engineering changes and scope adjustments, balancing customer needs with internal capabilities so that customer expectations are aligned and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordination of Product Delivery: Lead as key point of contact for customer regarding: scheduling delivery, service and startup of commissioning services along with customer training
  • Design Involvement: Ensure customer needs are met throughout collaborative activities with engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and manufacturability.
  • Process improvements: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ESI process to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks and performance metrics.
  • Communicates project information to Chief Engineer & Director Innovation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 to 7 years minimum of relevant experience
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the following:
  • Mechanical, Electrical or Controls Project Management (Preferred)
  • Technical Project Management in Data Center Industry
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, documents and project specifications
