Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 6 clinicians at Warren Memorial Hospital, supported by a clinical performance nurse. Our model consists of 1 Day physician, 1 Day APP, and 1-night physician who care about and focus on quality and patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine.
• We proudly sponsor H1B and J1 visa candidates, and Sound has excellent in-house visa specialists and our licensing and credentialing experts. All required filing fees for the visa are paid, and services are covered by Sound.

Flexible Scheduling:

• We offer various flexible scheduling options to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a critical access hospital with a united group of providers.
• There is an open critical care step-down unit. Procedures are not required, but can be performed.
• Working closely with our system and consultants, we regularly enjoy the challenge of complex cases.
• We convene monthly for team meetings where we have close ties and communication with hospital administration.

• Many people enjoy living in Front Royal, Virginia, due to its picturesque setting in the Shenandoah Valley, offering stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and access to outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, fishing, and exploring the nearby Shenandoah National Park.
