To keep our facilities at their best, we’re building a hands-on construction crew dedicated to remodeling and improvement projects.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dependable, skilled Construction Crew Member to join our traveling team. If you have solid experience in general construction—painting, sheetrock, plumbing, light carpentry—and you enjoy working on different projects in new locations, this role is for you.

- Perform a variety of construction tasks including:
- Painting, patching, finishing
- Sheetrock installation and repair
- Light plumbing and fixture installation
- Basic carpentry and repair work
- Assist with demo, clean-up, and prep for larger projects
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and with quality workmanship
- Collaborate with other crew members and supervisors to meet project goals
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on construction experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to safely use power tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to travel regularly
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
Why Join Us?
- Steady, year-round work with a reliable company
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Travel expenses covered (lodging, mileage/per diem)
- Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)
- Paid time off and holidays
- Opportunity to learn new skills and grow within a supportive team
Ready to put your skills to work where they make a difference?
