We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our dynamic team in Richmond, VA (23231). As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and accurately, ready for shipment to our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Pack products according to company standards and specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Label packages clearly and correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Basic math skills for inventory and packing accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
