Job Type: Part-time, Monday-Friday 3:00-7:00
Pay: $22-$25

Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)to join our growing team. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, or school setting to help children build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach meaningful goals.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Collect accurate data during each session
- Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification
- Experience working with children preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass Virginia background checks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
