Night Shift Supervisor
Location: King Spa – Virginia
Schedule: 6 Days per Week | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time

King Spa is seeking a dependable, professional, and motivated Night Shift Supervisor to oversee evening operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong leadership skills, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support evening staff throughout the shift.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor daily operations to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate staff assignments and ensure all duties are completed efficiently.
- Enforce company policies and operational procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and any operational issues.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Speak Korean or Spanish a plus
