About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial design projects from concept through completion. You’ll guide teams to develop innovative solutions, ensuring projects are well-coordinated, on schedule, and aligned with client goals. This position offers visibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across the District of Columbia’s built environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of architectural projects—planning, design, documentation, and construction
- Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
- Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Mentor design staff and foster a supportive, productive culture
- Support business development and client relationship efforts
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Architectural registration preferred (or active pursuit of licensure)
- 7+ years of experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects
- Strong technical and design background
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Revit and related design software
