Position Highlight: Goodwin Home Health is on the hunt for a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our vibrant team. This dynamic role beckons those who are passionate about delivering quality care right at the patient's doorstep. Here, you will:

• Spearhead detailed patient assessments to devise individualized Plans of Care.

• Offer expert physical therapy in the Home Health sphere as per physician directives.

• Collaborate closely with the broader team, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

• Streamline communication with referring physicians, maintaining thorough and timely documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.

• Active Physical Therapy License in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

• Prior home health care experience.

• Current CPR certification.

• Possess a driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance and readily available, reliable transportation.
