Location: Franklin, Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Average patient volume of 10–16 patients per day. No call coverage required.
Highlights:
- Part-time locum opportunity through December 18, 2026
- Outpatient family medicine clinic serving adults (age 16+) with diverse patient population: 51% adult, 1% pediatric, 48% geriatric
- Limited procedures required (pap smears, diabetic foot exams); office-based practice
- Epic EMR system
- No call, no weekends, no trauma designation
- Travel reimbursements provided: airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage at IRS rate
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)
- Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date (must be confirmed at time of credentialing clearance)
- ACLS and BLS certification (required)
- Active DEA license (required)
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 120 days
