Key Responsibilities:

• Own proposal processes from start-to-finish, keeping timelines, content, and deliverables on track across multiple active opportunities at once.
• Partner with leadership and business development teams to craft compelling narratives, positioning strategies, and messaging that set the firm apart in a competitive market.
• Bring a sharp editorial eye to all written materials, ensuring every client-facing document is clear, polished, and consistent with the firm’s voice and standards.
• Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral, presentation decks, and branded templates using, with a focus on visual excellence and brand cohesion.
• Keep the firm’s digital footprint fresh and consistent, overseeing day-to-day content across social media channels and supporting updates to the company website.
• Maintain and strengthen brand standards across all materials, ensuring a cohesive and professional impression at every touchpoint.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of internal and client-facing events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Industry experienced. You bring at least three years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on proposals across construction, architecture or adjacent industries; bachelor’s degree is required.
• A visual storyteller. You have advanced proficiency in Adobe products and bring a refined, detail-oriented eye to every deliverable you produce.
• A skilled writer. You craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content with ease.
• Digitally fluent. You have experience managing social media platforms and are comfortable working within content management systems.
• Self-directed. You anticipate needs, take initiative, and work confidently with minimal oversight in a deadline-driven environment.
