Steven Nissan is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support daily dealership accounting operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with daily transactions, and supporting the accounting team across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Record daily transactions, journal entries, and financial data into accounting systems

• Process daily deposits accurately and in a timely manner

• Assist with month-end closing procedures

• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records

• Support accounting and administrative functions across departments as needed

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documentation

• Assist with general office and accounting tasks as assigned

• Previous accounting or office experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Proficiency with computers and accounting software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

$21 – $27 per hour based on experience
