General Dentist

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our team in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach, VA. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Dentist with strong clinical skills to take over a busy schedule in a two-dentist office. About the Associate Dentist Position:

• • Patient Base: Primarily in-network PPO patients, with some cash-paying patients. Medicaid is not accepted.
  • Technology: Digital scanner, and the owner is willing to invest in additional technology as needed for the right candidate (such as implants, etc.).
  • Clinical Scope: This position involves providing traditional general dental services, including restorative care, preventive treatment, and diagnostics. You will have the autonomy to determine which cases you wish to keep and which to refer, including more advanced cases like implant placement and molar endodontics.
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday

Associate Dentist Compensation & Benefits:

• Earn the greater of a guaranteed minimum or 32-33% of adjusted production
• Benefits Package: Health insurance, 401(k), Paid Continuing Education (CE)
• Partnership Opportunities: The owner is working with a consultant to structure a partnership plan, with a potential offer for partnership after a successful associate period.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree or residency from an ADA-accredited program
• Valid Virginia dental license (or in process)
• At least one year of experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A commitment to high-quality patient care and continuing education
