As an Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Associate specializing in in-person interactions, you will join our dynamic sales and marketing team to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales and marketing while gaining valuable hands-on experience and skill development.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective customers in various settings, including retail stores, trade shows, events, and other relevant venues.

- Assist senior team members in conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.

- Learn persuasive selling techniques to influence purchase decisions and drive sales conversions.

- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns to ensure a positive buying experience.

- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions targeted at specific demographics or geographic areas.

- Assist in the distribution of marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and samples, to attract attention and generate interest in our products/services.

- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand our brand presence and connect with potential customers.

- Participate in comprehensive training programs designed to develop your sales and marketing skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.

- Receive ongoing guidance and mentorship from experienced sales and marketing professionals to support your growth and success in the role.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Pay: $525.00 - $1,145.00 per week
