Project Manager/Supervisor, Landscape Construction

The Project Manager/Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations for significant projects in the DMV. This position requires in-person interaction and involves leading in-house teams in the field and remotely, coordinating tasks and schedules, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead assigned teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate daily routes and assign responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Enforce and uphold quality standards, conducting regular inspections to verify compliance.
• Oversee the efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials, and communicate resource needs to management, especially when it comes to landscaping:
  • Planting
  • Irrigation
  • Lighting
  • Plant Care
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections.
• Communicate effectively with teams and collaborate with other supervisors and managers to streamline project management and execution.
• Report issues to the production and sales managers for client notification and corrective action.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production or installation environment in the landscaping industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in person and via email.
• Ability to coordinate tasks and manage resources efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish
