Job Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Year-Round Employment
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience

We're currently looking for a highly organized, dependable, and customer-focused Service Dispatcher to join our administrative team in Fishersville. This role is the communication hub between our customers and technicians, helping ensure every service call is scheduled efficiently and every customer receives an outstanding experience.

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians throughout the day as calls are completed
• Schedule return visits when parts arrive or additional work is needed
• Manage and maintain the on-call rotation schedule
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Create, update, and maintain accurate customer records and job information
• Assist with invoicing, data entry, collections, filing, and administrative support tasks
• Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and internal departments to keep operations running smoothly
• Help deliver a positive customer experience from the initial call through job completion
We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping multiple moving pieces organized. Previous dispatching experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home service or skilled trade industry is strongly preferred.
Successful candidates will have experience scheduling appointments, coordinating field personnel, and managing a high volume of customer communication. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize changing demands are essential.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude are critical for success in this position. Candidates should be dependable, organized, and able to work collaboratively with both office staff and field technicians.
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
