Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

The Forklift Operator will work in both the warehouse and the yard to efficiently pull and prep orders for shipment. The role includes operating heavy-duty forklifts, managing inventory, and ensuring cleanliness in the work area.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily morning huddles to discuss individual goals and tasks.
• Pull leftover orders from the previous day and handle urgent orders from the sales team.
• Operate heavy-duty 8-10,000 lb forklifts to pull orders.
• Restock parts and maintain inventory organization.
• Perform cleaning tasks in the warehouse and yard.
• Power wash equipment at 2500 psi to prepare orders for shipment.
• Cross-train to use a spray gun for painting custom ordered equipment.

Essential Skills

• At least 3 years of forklift experience.
• Proficiency in using forklifts to load and unload trucks safely.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
