Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting data variances and failures, identifying root causes of issues, and providing effective solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of data lineage, source-to-target mapping, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex requirements by reading STTMs and apply the knowledge to troubleshoot failures in a production environment.
• Propose solutions to resolve identified problems or issues.
• Write scripts to correct data and coordinate with technical team members to ensure changes are delivered to production.
• Verify changes and certify the data after data corrections are implemented.
• Articulate technology solutions in consultation with systems analysts or tech leads and communicate requirements to diverse stakeholders.
• Analyze data to make data-driven, results-oriented decisions that drive performance.
• Understand data lineage, source-to-target mapping, and document data elements accurately.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Document and communicate the results of data and business requirements.
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Manage competing resources and priorities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Business/Data Analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills (SQL on Oracle database preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse/Mart concepts.
• Experience using Toad and comparing data from various data sources.
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Outlook.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong working knowledge of agile methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders on high-visibility projects.
• Multifamily or Single-Family mortgage experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
