Job Summary/Company : We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to join our client's team for a 6-month contract. This isn’t a "sit back and observe" role. They need a proactive talent acquisition professional who can maintain hiring momentum without missing a beat. While another Generalist manages day-to-day employee relations, your mission will be to own the talent pipeline, drive eLearning initiatives, and spearheading specific HR projects. Responsibilities :Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Partner with department heads to streamline hiring and meet staffing objectives.
Deliver a high-quality candidate journey that reflects the company’s brand and values.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires are prepared for success from day one.
Support the delivery and administration of internal training and eLearning programs.
Assist managers in identifying and addressing team-specific learning and development needs.
Work alongside the HR Generalist to provide comprehensive support to the broader organization.
Uphold all regulatory and internal standards regarding recruitment documentation and processes.
Organize and update recruitment data to ensure accurate reporting and process transparency.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
Experience: 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a heavy emphasis on full-cycle recruiting.
Industry Knowledge: Proven track record supporting organizations within strictly regulated environments.
Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
L&D Support: Experience facilitating or supporting organizational training and development initiatives (preferred).
Agility: Skilled at navigating lean HR environments and maximizing results with limited resources.
Tech Stack: Proficiency with ADP and SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a focus on strategic stakeholder management.
Execution: Ability to self-direct and thrive while managing competing priorities.
Must be able to pass a full background check and drug screening.
